new computer system project are now online. Businesses will use the materials
to prepare bids for the project.

The project is known as the integrated tax system, or ITS,
and will be phased in over four years. When fully operational, the new system
will revolutionize the way the Tax Division works -- and broaden the services
that the agency offers to taxpayers and practitioners. One piece of the new
system will allow the Tax Division to expand electronic filing and online
services to taxpayers and practitioners.
