temporarily unavailable or intermittent service on the Division’s tax
portal. The tax portal remains temporarily unavailable.
If you make your filing or payment for taxes due on July 31, 2023 on the tax portal by 4:30 pm on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, then no interest or penalty will be assessed.
