The Rhode Island Division of Taxation has posted a revised version of a regulation that involves motor vehicles and sales/use tax. There were no substantive changes to the regulation. Rather, the revisions were technical in nature, such as the addition of a table of contents. The regulation is 280-RICR-20-70-28 ("Motor Vehicle and Non-Motorized Vehicle Taxes").
