The Rhode Island Division of Taxation has created a webpage to hold key forms related to the entity-level tax that pass-through entities may elect to pay.
The page includes Form RI-PTE (“Pass-through Entity Election Tax Return and Instructions”) as well as the Form 1099, payment voucher, estimated payment form, and extension form related to the entity-level tax.
