Sales permits arriving soon

The Division of Taxation reminds retailers that they can expect sales permits covering the period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026 to arrive shortly.

Quarterly Estimated Payments, June 2025

The Rhode Island Division of Taxation reminds taxpayers and tax professionals of the June 16 due date for the second installment of many estimated payments, which apply to some personal income filers and many business entities.

Division of Taxation announces action against tax preparer

The Rhode Island Division of Taxation informs Rhode Islanders of a recent revocation of privilege to prepare and/or file tax returns involving a Rhode Island tax preparation professional.

Victor Bulux, who had been practicing in Providence, Rhode Island, is no longer able to prepare or file tax returns with the Rhode Island Division of Taxation.
