Extension filing due date reminder

The Rhode Island Division of Taxation reminds tax professionals and taxpayers that the due date for filing Rhode Island resident and nonresident personal income tax returns on extension is Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

Latest Administrative Decisions

In the latest Administrative Decisions, the issues addressed were both related to Taxpayers that defaulted on their Stipulations with the Division:
