Personal Income Tax Due Date Reminder
The Rhode Island Division of Taxation reminds taxpayers and tax preparers that the deadline for personal income tax returns this year is July 15, 2024. July 15 is also the filing deadline for certain business entities and others.

Sales permits arriving soon
The Rhode Island Division of Taxation reminds retailers that they will soon receive their sales permits covering the period from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. Cigarette dealer’s licenses and tax coupon booklets (if applicable) will also be arriving soon.

Estimated Payment Due Date Reminder
The Rhode Island Division of Taxation reminds taxpayers and tax professionals that the June 17 due date for the second installment of many estimated payments has been extended for most tax types. Estimated payments apply to some personal income filers and many business entities.
